Valerie Moreno

Valerie Moreno spent the last two years as a CX Designer and Researcher at Mach49, where I led research and design initiatives across sectors like mental health, real estate, and truck logistics. I helped create research plans, conducted various types of user interviews, and developed visual concepts like storyboards, journey maps, and complex prototypes to improve product understanding and user experience. Prior to this, I led UX/UI design for a social mobile app and a data analytics platform.

Prior to UX design, I worked in Experiential Marketing for 2 years, where I produced events for brands like Netflix and ABC, sharpening my ability to approach challenges with creativity and collaboration.
Outside of work, I love staying active—whether it’s at the gym, snowboarding, or catching a sunset. I’m passionate about all things creative and am currently learning film and motion design!
