Haya Farah

Haya is a trauma-aware design researcher and service designer with 9 years of experience across 8 countries. She is a Chevening Scholar and holds a Master of Service Design Innovation from the University of the Arts in London. In her career, she navigated various industries and supported organizations to develop (& improve) policies, services, products, and systems that are locally relevant, meet user needs, and are financially viable. Having worked on subjects as complex as addiction and climate change, children's leadership programs, she continuously intends to approach her work with a healing mindset, caring for the wellbeing of the earth, the participants, herself, and the teams she works with.
