Jesse Morano comes to us with 25 years of experience in all facets of product / UX / CX / service / UI design - from client onboarding, research, and strategy, to design iteration, prototyping, usability testing, and pilot programs, all the way through to positive business outcomes, risk mitigation, and deep customer loyalty. As projects evolve he also offers expertise in process improvement, cross-functional team facilitation, and mentoring. He specializes in projects with a high-degree of complexity and/or niche users for eCommerce / SaaS / healthcare / FinTech platforms.
