Khalil Laghari

Dr. Khalil Laghari is a UX, CX, and Innovation leader with 17+ years of experience helping startups and organizations turn ideas into validated, scalable products. His work focuses on customer discovery, UX strategy, rapid experimentation, and product validation—enabling teams to reduce risk and move faster toward product–market fit.
He has built and scaled design and research capabilities across Europe, Canada, and the UAE, driving measurable improvements in conversion, usability, and customer experience. Khalil holds a PhD in Human–Computer Interaction, is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching UX and innovation. He also leads workshops, hackathons, and structured discovery programs for startups and enterprise teams.
