Maryam Gad

Maryam is a UX and Customer Experience Designer at Greenlight Idea Lab, where she specializes in driving customer-centric strategies and helping organizations create and scale new ventures.

Before joining Greenlight Idea Lab, Maryam collaborated with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies, leading customer experience research strategies to validate product-market readiness and support strategic growth initiatives. She also gained extensive experience designing B2B SaaS solutions for young startups across diverse industries, where she honed her ability to deliver impactful results, even when working with limited resources.

Maryam is passionate about simplifying complex ideas into actionable frameworks that foster alignment and drive success. Outside of work, she explores new design trends and travels, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures to fuel her creativity and problem-solving approach.
Born and raised in Egypt, Maryam holds a BA in Graphic Design from the American University in Cairo and now resides in the UK. Her multicultural background provides her with a unique perspective, enabling her to thrive in diverse environments and bridge cultural gaps effectively.
